Across South Carolina, more and more communities are reaching the point where developer control is about to shift to the owners. This stage can bring excitement—but also confusion and conflict—if managers and boards aren’t prepared.

In this South Carolina special program, we’ll focus on developer control from the association’s side: what it means, what to expect, and how to prepare your community for turnover.

If your community is approaching turnover—or just starting to think about it—this session will help you navigate the process with clarity, confidence, and fewer surprises.
