Join us for an livestream interview with John Wood, co-author of The Humachine, as we explore how AI and human leadership can—and must—coexist.

  • Learn how to use AI to simplify enforcement, budgeting, and communication

  • Spot the ethical and legal risks in new tech before they backfire

  • Discover which leadership traits will matter more in the AI era—not less

This is not a tech demo. It’s a practical, eye-opening session for people managing real communities.

Smart Manager and Board Questions That Even Impress Reserve Study Pros

A reserve study is more than a spreadsheet—done right, it’s your community’s financial roadmap. But are you asking the questions that unlock its full value?

This session reveals what the savviest boards and managers ask at each step of the reserve planning process. Whether you’re prepping for your first study or updating your tenth, this session will change how you think about long-term planning.

Key takeaways include:
– What to ask before hiring a provider to avoid future headaches
– How to flag unrealistic assumptions hiding in plain sight
– The simple follow-up questions that strengthen owner confidence
– Why some communities succeed—and others fall behind

Real-world examples. Smart strategy. Zero fluff. This is the reserve planning session every board and manager should attend.
